On twitter Lux box have said they don't know when they will be sent out.

Not too impressed with Lux, I asked them before the July boxes were sent out that if I subscribed would I get the July box, they said yes so I subscribed. Never receieved anything and now their saying I won't get it. I wouldn't mind but I really want to try the magnifibres.
Not great impression really as it would have been my first box from them.
  • Oh yes, saw that just now on twitter. it's a bit ridiculous they don't even know themselves when the boxes will be sent out!!

If anyone is looking at being a consultant at Neal's Yard Remedies, or if you just like Neal’s Yard stuff, they have a good offer on at the moment which expires on the 5th September to get a starter pack for £45.

I signed up on Friday as I've been thinking of doing this kind of thing for a while, and if it doesn't turn out, well at least I've had lots of lovely products to try for £45:) Their £45 pack includes the following products (I’ve put the retail prices after each one) Chamomile Cleanser £12.50, Rehydrating Rose toner £15.50, Frankincense Hydrating Cream £24.75, Geranium & Orange Hand Cream £10.00, White TeaToning Eye Gel £23.75, and Beauty Sleep Concentrate £31.50 (the total retail works out at £118). It also contains the following sales aids: Organic canvas bag, Catalogues (pack of 10), Spatulas (pack of 10), Training DVD, Order Pad, Party invite cards (pack of 50), Host Coaching Flyers (pack of 10), Welcome card, Little book of NYR (1 single) and Mini catalogue (1 single). You also get your own website, free training and 25% off future orders.

After signing up on Friday, they’ve sent me a bunch of docs and special offers already. From the 6th to the 12th September they have 20% off most of their range (I think they are excluding collections and their new Bee range) in addition to the 25% discount you get
    :)

They've given me a link in case anyone else wants to join, I won’t post it here as it may be against the rules, according to the docs they sent me yesterday if you use my link and then spend £100 in your first month I receive a £50 voucher as the recruiter:j

Just seen that too about Luxbox on twitter, crazy that they don't know when the despatch will be, seeing as it's now Sept! I love Luxbox but I think they ought to give a reason why there is a delay, it would make me feel a bit more confident about them as a company if they had a genuine reason why.

She Said boxes have been despatched btw according to their website now
    :)

Hello ladies im pretty new to beauty boxes.First of all really disappointed with the august GB.This months box look lovely (lets hope the contents are) .

I also signed up to Lux but how ridiculous that they havent a clue when the box is to be dispatched. They told me its because of the bank hol....and one of their products was delayed beause of it. Hmmmm i think that there more interested in the limited edition box and promoting that that they forgot about us.So yesssssssssss ive cancelled already.

Signed up for three month to SSB so just wanted to thank Horseygirl for the discount code.

Oh also elisebutt65 Amitee make you choose your own 5 products for £10 now

Looks OK...excited for the Ginvera and the Collection item/s (hoping for both but know its unlikely) and after reading the reviews on the DHC oil, have wanted to try that, I am confused by the inclusion of crisps though!! Still...it looks better than last months (which I really liked-but I know some were disappointed with)

I peeked late yesterday. Its been a while since I received a box, so wanted to see if it was better than last months, which was ok, but that was all.
The Ginvera gel is something I've wanted to try for a while, and the make-up fixers look good, I had the DHC oil in GB and happy to have again. I have a few face masks in my stash, but always good. The crisps aren't something I'd expect in a beauty box, so have no business being there, although will eat. They look like a bonus item.

I think this months looks fine, as will try everything, which is what they're all about. I really do think the last item is a bonus. Looking forward to receiving mine! :D
New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

    Ooh it looks good actually:)

I've been so bored of beauty boxes lately I didn't even bother to mention my Joliebox (it was so-so), but this one has me interested again!

The Popchips are connected to Katy Perry in some way, I've seen her promoting them. Still don't know why they'd be in a beauty box though, but snacks are always nice.
