Was it a development project, or your home? Just curious!

Also, it's such a beautiful period property from the outside, yet very modern inside. That combination's not gonna be everyone's cuppa. You'd expect the outside to look like a (albeit 'smart', 'executive', 'character', etc) new build sort of place.

    Thanks for the replies

The house was originally bought to be our forever house so we have done it to the spec that i would like. We though as it was opposite the park this would offset the garden ...
    but ...
We have decided that we could move back to the house we currently own and rent out and be debt free, morgage free and have a big extension added onto it, so we have now decided to move back there. ...... id never considered it untill looking on here though:T
    Thanks

Crap interface from the agent, I like to flick through the photos without movement effects.

As for the house, that's a great kitchen and I really like the kitchen floor (what is it BTW).
Its the big polished porcelin tiles form B&Q really effective but dont break the bank.

Pity the smart lilies on the dining table have the coat rack in their background.
The EA was really reluctant to move things out the way.

    Hate decking near the house.

Like the bathroom but would prefer a shower over the bath, can't stand small shower cubicles.
The shower cubicle in the family bathroom is still pretty big and the ensuite is a double shower

No bed in bedroom three/two? Do you have the same black and green beanbag in bedroom two and three or are the pictures labelled wrongly? Either way it's confusing.
There are beds in the rooms but they are cabin beds and the EA said he couldnt fit them in the photos. There are 2 beanbags as i have twin boys and they have to have everything in 2s ;)

    Master bedroom missing.

Did I say that's a gorgeous kitchen, if not it's a gorgeous kitchen!

Overall tidy and well presented. Looks to be of a high quality finish.

Thanks for the comments i have tried to answer a few comments

That's the kind of small detail that I meant.... I'd suggest moving both out of shot will result in a better photo.

I don't think you'll have long to wait for a buyer - now where's my paint brush?

Ah but the details don't say that and it's hard to tell from the photos as the bathroom cubicle isn't pictured and the en-suite cubicle is (understandably) off to the side. I think the text should say if they are doubles as many people are, ahem, not so slim ;)

LOL twins, I thought I was seeing double! Usually the advice is to show the beds otherwise it raises the question of room size. It's odd as from the sizes quoted bedrooms two and three are generous size doubles but their photos look more like singles if like me the viewer assumes there are no beds in them.

Hi mumof, love it. I am house obsessed too and there is nothing in there that would make it unsellable to me.

Can I ask where you got your white kitchen units from?

Hi sorry for the delay in responding ... ive had a heck of a time at work the last few days
The units and solid oak tops were from ikea ... there great quality and are really solid and stylish looking ( at least i think so ;) )
plus they were still pretty reasonabley priced :D

Franklee - i know what you mean bt the beds - i thought it would be good to get them in too. The rooms are a great size and can easily fit a superking size bed in ( we used to use one of the rooms for us - untill i made hubbie get rid of the cinema room and change it into the master bedroom / ensuite ;) )

What a stunning house, if it was around here I would snap it up. I cannot find any faults with it at all and I am VERY picky!
