Hi
Well our EA has gotten the house online now :j
Can you guys please have a quick look and tell me if there is anything that i should do to make it look better, as the EA keeps telling me that the first 6 weeks are the most important.
I think is is the right link, it should also be on rightmove soon.
The only thing i can think of is that we already have a house to move into and are therefore chain free - should they put this on ???

I think the link should work
Thanks
Lisa

Love the TV in the bathroom, that's my idea of heaven! Wrinkly toes alert!0

Its a very well presented house and you've obviously gone to a lot of effort to make it clean and tidy. The only thing I'd say is that the beanbags in the two bedrooms look a little bit untidy as they are just sort of sitting there in the middle of the rooms. Also make sure it does go onto rightmove as your likely to get far more exposure on there.
The listing does say no upward chain so that is mentioned, which is good as its a big plus. Good luck with it all, all being well I doubt you'll have much trouble selling it

The link does work.
It does say no upward chain in the grey boxes. And at the end of the tour if you watch it all the way through.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I love it all - if it was within my price range and area then I'd definitely view it... although I'm not sure about the pic of the chair at the top of the stairs (#8)
Under the picture it says "No upward chain", so that's already covered.
Personally I can't stand unnecessary use of capital letters and think that professional advertising should refrain from the use of exclamation marks also. You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -
Thanks for the quick replies - i just didnt notice the no upward chain bit

I did ask the EA if we should have moved the beanbags but he said to leave them ... i knew i should have just moved them
Weve never sold a house before so its all new and at the mo i think im just a bit too eager

I'm sure the bean bags won't stop anyone coming to view!
Its obviously a smart recently done up house, with very little clutter.
Good luck with the sale!A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Lovely house, lovely photos.Thinking critically since 1996....0

I don't like plants on buildings, so would discount it.
Perhaps get the agent to change the photo so the neighbour's house on the RHS as you look at the picture is out of shot a bit more.
IMHO an asking price of £198,000 is better than £199,950.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
An estate agents dream a house presented like that ! round here it would be double that price (don't live in Blackpool now) I am sure if the price is right for the area you wont have any problemsBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

well done Lisa - your house is truly beautiful!! You must be mad to sell it though!!
Modern, beautiful, clean and tidy............and a few mod cons thrown in.
The only downside for me is that this lovely family home doesnt appear to have a garden to match. Being a father of 2 young kids, I would like a garden for them to play in.
Its 200 miles from where I'm looking to buy and over my budget, but nonetheless, its awesome / lovely / fantastic
Good luck for a quick sale
