I've used it since 2008 and I LOVE IT!
Although it doesn't work so well with Internet Explorer 9.
I just wish they had a mobile version of it!
Highly Recommended, lets hope they never start charging for it.
Just remember, if you enter your details in 3 times, it wipes all your saved logins and passwords for your own security
The digital safe is specific to that computer however the list of organisations is stored on the main server so if you have more than one computer you'll need to save all your login details on it too.

I suspect you mean "if you enter incorrect details", rather than just "enter your details"!

The First Direct software is provided by a company called Ewise, who offer pretty much the same thing from their own servers, called Account Unity. The advantage of this is that updates (when banks change sign-in procedures, for example) tend to be quicker, and you can access details for banks in other countries.

I haven't looked at the First Direct one for a while, but the Account Unity one does allow you to store your digital safe on a removable drive, such as a USB stick, and therefore access it from various computers.

    Hey there, yup.
Sorry, I did mean incorrect details.
I didn't realise there was the Account Unity option, although to be fair to First Direct, I contact them about "scripting" problems and they are very quick to fix them.
I thought there was another company, Mint maybe? Or was it smile, offering the same service.
I'll have to check Account Unity out, that's pretty cool about the USB Stick, however I'd probably be happier with something on my phone rather than plugging into "any old computer".

I love it too and you can put any accounts that you have the login details for on it.

Thanks for all your replies, I think I will give it a try as at the moment we have 8 different logins with 4 different banks
