I had exactly the same problem as you and I tried to phone them back and it just and rang with no answer. But I did manage to get through at 3pm (after phoning all bloody day). My missed call had been at 5.10pm so they must work part time. Try phoning nearer to the time they called you! I hope its a biggy for you.

thankyou all so so much for all ure kind words! i never win, and am so so shocked. the lady was lovely, and clearly thought i was mental, as i was goin on that i thought id lost the prize by not pickin up da phone! i asked her what happens if you dont pick up, and she said if its time sensitive, ie tickets, if they cant get in contact they need to reallocate, but otherwise they try fer 28 days! so all you clever folk were right, and the t&c were wrong! i need to go post a proper thankyou thread, but omg, yaaaaaaaaaaay!
