sorry cant even begin to try and chat up missed most of last week as my heart really wasn't in it. went 'home' to my grans funeral on friday.
yeasterday was the stressful day from hell (was meant to be nice as it was my youngest DS birthday but what started off as something simple turned the day upside down and has caused no end of stress. (being too honest with officials sometimes does NOT pay off as i learned to my cost) salvaged Ds birthday with a beautiful cake his sister made him so it did end well.
today has been dentist run for checkup but that was ok so going to start again now.

i disagree on the mobile phone issue.

My internet is via cable so I dont need a fixed cable phone so dont have one. I get 800 cross network minutes, 300 texts, internet bundle and unlimited calls to landlines (plus my magic numbers) and all for £21 a month. I average well over 2000 minutes a month usage so its far cheaper than having a landline and has the convenience factor thrown in for free.

Regarding radio waves. EVERYTHING uses them now and the air we walk in is a complete soup of electronic activity. You can't change it, and nobody will ever change it so why fight against something you simply cant beat?

Because I have kids and I am bloody concerned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And if other parents felt the same we COULD make a difference. So because we are living in a world where no-one cares about the damage we are doing to our kids, should we just not care? I am a MUM so i will ALWAYS care.

Secondly a landline IS cheaper. if you go to talk Talk, you can get your lanline, broadband, all local calls free 24/7 and all national 0870 and 0845 numbers free weekends and evenings. All for £13 a month. So sorry, against your costing thats a saving of almost £100 a year, enough for a holiday. And that's WITHOUT doing any harm.

Sorry, I don;t want to cause further "upset"but when things affect my kids I get very angry when people are so blase and bury their heads in the sand because they don't want to change their lifestyles. We were blase about cigarettes before people realised the harm they did. I know there are people out there who still smoke in the house around their kids and we'll never change that. but anyone who IS concerned about their kids being passive smokers believe me the EMFs (not radio waves, thats different) are a far bigger and MASSIVE cause for concern.
