Can we give this a rest now please? This rounding on people and making people feel unwanted for any reason is peeing me off now, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Can I ask you a very personal question???

Do you actually wear French Knickers??

Plus, I thought you were going for a cold shower!!!!????? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Tricia...........you dont know anything about me and you should really think before you post about my personal circumstances.

Unlike you I cant afford to donate to food banks, each bit of food I have goes to feeding my kids, I cant count the number of times I have gone without food so my kids can eat, have relied on whoopsies to ensure they eat and even been grateful for overhanging fruit trees to keep my hunger at bay while there is food on the table for my kids.

So to you and all who thanked you for this post- I hope you never have to struggle the way I have.

I know what you mean! My kids have always been fed, i would rather go without myself than let them go hungry.

I do not thank every post, i only thank those which i feel are worthy of it rather than all andsundry!

I keep a note on my phone of the last post number that i read so i know here to go back to as i do not like to miss any!

Sorry, and you'll likely have a go at me for MY post now, but anyone who has to go hungry to feed their kids
WHY THE HELL ARE YOU PAYING FOR A MOBILE PHONE??????
    The mind boggles!

yes, they can be handy to carry in case of emergency. My daughter carries one to school for that reason. Ity's an old one someone gave us, £5 credit was put on it 4 yrs ago,. There is £1.50 left on it. I would not waste my precious money on a mobile phone!! Neither me, my hubby or our two kids use em. And we wouldn't even if they were free. I know people bury their heads, and governments won't do anything becauseof the revenue they bring in, but believe me, 20 years from now, lawsuits against mobile companies will be RIFE!!

Think about it! I am not trying to be controversial, merely stating a fact. We don't NEED them, they cost a bomb and they're VERY dangerous as are the masts that power them.
It annoys me that they've (rightly) banned smoking in public places but I can do NOTHING about all the EMFs from phones and masts that we're constantly being bathed in.

P.S The typed word is often misconstrued as you cannot see people's faces or body language. Words are interpreted diffeently by different people. I am sure noone meant to be nasty. MSE is a great forum in the main. there are always annoying people. I get peed off the way the mods move posts without telling you to somewhere your target audience won't read em! and you can't find anything, but hey ho, that's life!

Can any of you lovelies who live near the New Forest tell me of any really good campsites near Brockenhurst.
My husband, son and father in law are planning a bike trip up there and want to stay for a couple of nights.
They usually book into a pub or B&B when they go on their jolly's, but fancy camping once the weather is warm enough as they think it's so lovely around there..
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

i disagree on the mobile phone issue.

My internet is via cable so I dont need a fixed cable phone so dont have one. I get 800 cross network minutes, 300 texts, internet bundle and unlimited calls to landlines (plus my magic numbers) and all for £21 a month. I average well over 2000 minutes a month usage so its far cheaper than having a landline and has the convenience factor thrown in for free.

Regarding radio waves. EVERYTHING uses them now and the air we walk in is a complete soup of electronic activity. You can't change it, and nobody will ever change it so why fight against something you simply cant beat?
