Can't tell you how upset I am on their behalf, they spend most of their lives on planes and must be permanently jetlagged, in the last week or so have been to Los Angeles, Dublin, Munich & now Japan. I watched the video with the sound off just as I was going to bed the other night & felt really sick.

Still hoping its fake will watch the video with sound later.

Hope you enjoy it, hope you find the recipe ok not sure I want to type it again. :rotfl:But I will if you need me to of course. ;)

Found it!! I had done a screen shot of it so I only had to look amongst my recent photos on the iPhone. :)

I improvised greatly! It also had chick peas, spring cabbage, carrots as well as LOTS of broccoli and probably more spice in. I used the veggie stock reserved from yesterday to add instead of water.

I also used Jamaican curry powder instead of garam masala.

I love recipes that are so adaptable!

    Cheers me dears.

OH complained about the lack of meat though. I said I was really proud of him as we've had a few meat free dishes this week. The reply was "That's why I have been feeling so tired!".

I find it the reverse. Meaty dishes tire me as it takes my body a long time to digest food anyway but meat is terrible for remaining in the gut (too much info, sorry!). I feel much more energised without it.

Gonna have to think of a cheap, nutritious meaty meal tomorrow. Still got loads of veggies in. Was going to make a creamy veg pie tomorrow but will now have to rethink. Hmm...

He is adorable, but wears me out!

If he's not too big, strap him in his chair & put a black & white terribly terribly British war film type on T.V. he'll drop off in no time nothing to stimulate him sadly it doesn't work for me
