but i only have channel 1,2,3,4
when i first turned it on there were loads of channels with a naff picture but then they all went

Your white cable going to the wall should be your aerial ( is it a newish house ?)
You don't need a freesat box if your tv has freeview.

Take a pic of the cable going into the wall and i'll try and help

We had a healthy meal tonight of chicken, brocolli, sweetcorn, carrots, and rice, and Alan really enjoyed it - it much better for him than fish & chips every day and will strengthen him up quicker too. I have been looking into superfoods to help his 'recovery' and have a few ideas of what to stock up on. He will still have his cakes, croissants, puddings, etc and the odd fish & chips as he is on a very high calory diet on orders from hospital, but can still enjoy some healthy meals too ;) I am going to get some organic Tumeric powder after reading the details Aesop sent me as that is a simple, easy to use item that will do no harm and may help :j

It is a massive part of our lives now, but we can have fun, and joke about, and not feel guilty about it ...... and that is what we are doing, still enjoying our lives, day by day :D

Off to bed now so goodnight to all the Fantastic Elite - sleep well and BE HAPPY :money:

Hi 3Dogs, have you looked in to juicing...I have a couiple of good books by Jason Vale the Juice master

The juice master: turbo-charge your life in 14 days

Juices are very good for recovery, filling too ...

    Glad your still having fun!!:D

    Thanks for posting.

On the subject of Enid Blyton and the Magic Faraway Tree, was anyone else really disappointed when they ate these as a child?
I was expecting the Toffeepops to explode in my mouth, big disappointment :(, still tasty tho.

    hi all,

back from headhunters. It's a great film. It's a norwegian thriller, has subtitles but is really gripping and has a scandanavian sense of humour.

Went to t's, loads of whoopsies but only 50 % off:mad::mad: Too expensive for me. No 1p finds either.

I was wondering how karlie has settled back to england so quickly. Whenever i've come back from Kampala, can't stand english food as it tastes so artificial. Tesco's alway's makes me feel confused as so much choice.

    Thank u.

People do the same here,i had a nike jacket that my son grew out of before, selling for a pricey sum of £1 and lots of people insisted they give me 50p.

What are u doing up so early?

Always ask for more than you want as people will try to knock you down....I was offered 50p for a pair of clarkes shoes my daughter had grown out of after 3 months, almost new, cost £36 and wanted £2!!!

I bought these again for my kids to relive the magic.

Fanny is now called Franny. !!!!!! is called Rick. Dame Slapalot is now Dame Snapalot I think too.

Pretty sad as it just shows how corrupted children are becoming at such an early age, that these names may evoke such connotations!!!!
