Evening/night/morning! Been out for the evening with friends, one of whom is in a choir and we went to see her for the first time in a classical concert. Not something I would ordinarily have thought about even going to but the music was truly beautiful and the accoustics were fantastic :TThen we went to a cheesey bar in the centre of town on a Saturday night surrounded by women wearing belts as skirts and other skimpy delights to behold! :eek: NOT! :eek::eek::eek:There's me in my skinny jeans and a nice thick trench coat! Though I will admit to wearing a lovely pair of peep toe stillettos Because heels always make me feel better!

Elsewhere it's been a horrendous day My Grandfather went into a home today of maximum security as the last couple of weeks his behaviour has become increasinly erratic and it's impssible for him to stay at home without having 24 hour care. I'm not upset yet, it may be a different kettle of fish when I see him in there but for now I'm just so relieved it's not Mum's responsibility anymore. I know it's the best place for him. But Mum has been distraught all day He actually turned around to my Aunty and said 'I would never put my parents in a place like this' So Mum's just been crying buckets all day, it's been very hard. I'm just trying my best to reassure her that it's not her fault she couldn't cope. I really hope he'll settle down and it'll become his home and then she will get a little peace :A

Purdy I didn't see your pic when you posted but I saw it when little Freya was quoted earlier! Awwww isn't she just a cutie! :A You must be so proud, I really hope Michelle's doing well too

As for the aqueous cream v Simple soap, I have skin allergies and load my hands mainly with Dermol but I also only use this for face/hand washing and it really helps. Have you had that yet? You probably have, given your history, but thought I'd mention it just the same. Actually, my allergy came back when Alan came home from hospital and I realised it was the stuff at the hospital for cleaning your hands as you go in and out, plus the wipes and anti-banterial hand wash in a no-touch system , so even after using this, I now then rewash my hands in the Dermol and the problem has gone again

HC and Mother are going to a local car boot this morning for look. I say local it's about 28 mile away. People up here don't like parting with money, they rattle their 20 pences in the pocket so it's not worth doing one. Hope you have a successful day
