  • Hi All

Just returned 2 boxes of the pampers nappies last week as went through at 2 for £22 and got refund of £25.98 ooops

Lady infront of me was getting DTD on the following

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=272357737

The SEL was £1.00 but went through at £2.99
It had been removed in both places in store before I had a chance

    Hope it works for somebody

Saw some of these with £1 next to them when they first came out but on closer inspection the label was for the smaller normal-sized packs. Someone had obviously put the label in the wrong place. Didn't try for dtd as thought they'd argue sel was for a different item. Wonder if they have actually been reduced now or if the same thing happened here, though if it did I guess they would have refused dtd?

This is being topped up with money I get from selling stuff on ebay and my SW pot £1 per lb gained, £2 per lb lost :j

My sister has a Clubcard Plus ( on my recommendation ) and last year bought £5000 Rolex watch with her Clubcard vouchers. Mind you she has a catering business so does a lot of shopping at Mr T!
With regards to HC we had a few similar incidents on the Boots thread a couple of years ago. People walked away for a few months then came back later on

    Well I'm back!

Sadly, didn't manage to find any of the 20p flavoured water :( but thanks to everyone who helped me so promptly with the details. It never ceases to amaze me how friendly & helpful people are on here! :beer:Thank you.:T

All was not lost, however! I actually found the purple bar!!!!:j Well 3 of them to be precise!!! Well chuffed!!:j

Didn't find any of the wrights cake mix or bread mix - I can almost smell the parmesan & sundried tomato after reading Smart1e' s earlier description of how lovely it is. Will have to keep that on my list for the next time I go to T's. ;)

Got two packs of chicken sandwiches for 90p each.......I don't know where people go to get amazing whoopies that are under 50p....need to hone my skills eh :D

Last but not least I found a lonely pack of clipper green tea that went through for the princely sum of 1p. I thought these were long gone!

Can anyone please enlighten me on the solar sport thingies? And is there a glitch on Kenco? or have I got the wrong end of the stick? Wouldn't be the first time! :D
the flavoured water , i found on a end.

the bread mix, is normally near the top shelf in the flour aisle.

silly whoopsies happen about 7pm-8pm depending on your store.

the solar stick is too be found on a clip strip, near the deodarants or shampoo. it has a sel of £1.xx but goes through at £4.99.
kenco was a free sample via facebook. correct me if i am wrong.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.
  • Took one or two pics today....might post em up later but a sample for you.

Yes some of that sounds very familiar. Pain always starts on top of the foot but then spreads everywhere with walking. Before the x-rays and diagnosis, I had to do similar exercises as you describe but it involved putting my foot on a ball and rolling it around. Will have to see what doc says about the future. Hope it doesn't mean the end of walking the fells. Think I might have to shelve the plans for climbing the north face of the Eiger though:rotfl:

Edit: As you I was also told I had to wear "sensible" shoes. No more outings then in my high heels! As if!!

take the South side Artha , it's sunnier and the view is better .
The North Face is sooooo over rated .

A noticeable lack of regulars posting this morning :(
Just hope they are busy this morning and not setting up elsewhere, especially after yesterday...although I wouldn't blame them.

I was at the Ideal Home Show, honest;):rotfl:

I missed all the kerfuffle but I see that some peeps have changed their sigs .

Turmoil happens and things change , no idea what will become of this thread but c'mon folks do we really want to be our own worst enemy ?

Maybe time for us to use the Ignore List rather that provoke another response :o

If no-one responds it will be a one way conversation for him/her and there will be no 'fun' in it. A bit like kids really :rotfl:

Definately agree here, time to work out how to work the ignore thingie;):rotfl::rotfl:
