    Well I'm back!

Sadly, didn't manage to find any of the 20p flavoured water :( but thanks to everyone who helped me so promptly with the details. It never ceases to amaze me how friendly & helpful people are on here! :beer:Thank you.:T

All was not lost, however! I actually found the purple bar!!!!:j Well 3 of them to be precise!!! Well chuffed!!:j

Didn't find any of the wrights cake mix or bread mix - I can almost smell the parmesan & sundried tomato after reading Smart1e' s earlier description of how lovely it is. Will have to keep that on my list for the next time I go to T's. ;)

Got two packs of chicken sandwiches for 90p each.......I don't know where people go to get amazing whoopies that are under 50p....need to hone my skills eh :D

Last but not least I found a lonely pack of clipper green tea that went through for the princely sum of 1p. I thought these were long gone!

Can anyone please enlighten me on the solar sport thingies? And is there a glitch on Kenco? or have I got the wrong end of the stick? Wouldn't be the first time! :D
:D if you don't have anything nice to say, keep schtum.

That's the one I bought and made this morning. Can you tell me if it tastes nice please? As my kids have eaten the full loaf:mad::rotfl:
DD has just gone to T's for more so I can make them another for breakfast.

It's still baking now it's got about another half an hour - I'll report back when I've sampled it!

I haven't used my breadmaker for about 9 years so I have no idea if just following the instructions for the "basic" loaf will produce something tasty or something I could build a brick wall with but at least it only cost me 18p to find out!

Have any of you seen the new T's magazine? Don't bust a gut to find it because it's got quite possibly the worst coupons I've ever seen...

50p off Feel the flavour Blue Diamond spicy nut things???

50p off Easy Home Bake (bread and biscuits lol) range:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I don't think so do you!!

And best of all - 50p off WYS £3 or more on greeting cards!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: too late - Smiths beat you to it Mr T!!!

Oh dear Mr T you do amuse us all!

    :T

my wife and i have saved tesco vouchers for 4 years. (i relaced some when date was near the end) i cashed in £330 worth for £990 in holiday tokens which we wanted towards a P&o cruise.
when i went to book, because i was using tesco tokens they put the cost up £800. so it actually cost me money this way if you take into account i could have spent them at face value. so i booked a virgin holiday instead which was a better deal. because of the value of the tokens i was advised to send them by special delivery at £5.54. another rip off, as there is no way to use the holiday tokens online or over the phone. they must be sent.
still the good outcome is i can now see my daughter getting married in antigua. shhh she dont know we are going to be there.

    Priceless - worth every penny/token

    Hi Artha
I've had a broken foot and Plantar Faciitis in the past few years....and the latter was by far the more painful!
I broke my foot - the bone along the outside edge - when I slipped off a window sill whilst cleaning the windows:eek:....then a few months later I slipped when coming downstairs and the other foot ended up black so I suspect I broke something in that one too....but didn't dare go to the doc's in case they thought I was a lush:D
When I started with really painful feet a few years later, I assumed it was related to the previous injuries, and was told that because of the break I probably had arthritis, but was also told it was through over-use. (I used to walk the dog miles every day then)
My foot used to swell on the top, and it was really agonisingly painful first thing in the morning when I walked on it. It would ease off a little during the day but swell again as the day progressed.
    Does this sound familiar?
I was referred to a podiatrist and they took a cast of my foot and made an insert to put in my shoes to see if wearing that for a few months would help.
I was also told that I had to wear shoes/trainers with laces or velcro straps to support my feet..no sandals etc.
I found the inserts actually made it more painful, so I gave up on those pretty quickly!

My GP did say that you can have cortisone injections in the foot, but most people find the treatment more painful than the condition.

I was told by the podiatrist to sit of an evening with a bottle on the floor and roll it backwards and forwards with my foot.

It took about a year, but it did eventually get a lot better....although after a day of being on my feet I can tell when I should sit down!

I can sympathise with you Artha....it's really painful:(

I've been suffering with my feet lately, I've been blaming it on my shoes. Every morning my feet are stiff but loosen up after a while.
When I go for a walk it's like my feet have forgotten how to walk so is painful until they 'remember' :o

How frustrating….I typed this out at about 12pm and when I went to post my internet had gone down and has remained off until now so I’ll try again!
    Afternoon lovelies

Hope we are all well....come on powers at be we need a glitchy Tuesday!! ;):D I can't walk today, bad knee but I reckon I could hobble along using a trolley! :p

Just had success with CS. After they refused to credit my bank account with the amount from the MOC's I handed my driver, I received the credit in the form of ecoupons. I asked several times if I could have a moneycard as this meant I'd have to pay delivery again!(Despite RootedNomad/Edindevon great rec for click and collect, it's not available in my store:() But the answer was NO! So I was resigned to placing a home shopping order and then it wouldn't accept my code last night! So called up and 1st home shopping CS gave me a new code and refused again when I asked if I could have it on moneycard. Phoned back and went through to 'all other queries' and moneycard is on it's way! :T Of course now I have a £10 ecoupon that would work too but I'm too chicken to take such liberties! :o:o

I am sure these are not possible DTD s It would be helpful if F K had let us know if she checked this out first before mentioning it we dont want 100s of members rushing off this morning on a wild goose chase. Oh by the way last night I found 6 varieties of heinz soups on a shelf

FEED THE TROLL.....TUPPENCE A BAG, TUPPENCE, TUPPENCE, TUPPENCE A BAGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! :p

Heating *should* be all go today. I got a day of work to get through first, and the plumber is waiting at home for me to show me how to use the boiler and timers

If the TCO's are still there next time you go, I wouldnt mind a few more please.....my lovely 8 year old nephew has got a thing for them. *wonders how that happened* Dont be making special trips mind! Its no bother if they arent there so dont worry too much

Yipppeeeeeeeeeee, sure you're more than ready for that relaxing soak in the tub! Fingers crossed! :D

Oh course I can pick you some more up my dear, no trouble at all. How many are we talking here?? ;):rotfl:A few as in 3 or a few as in 12?? :D:rotfl: They SHOULD still be there....considering they've just rejigged everything, if they were going to be removed from sale, I would have thought they'd have done it by now. Though I'm shocked there's not more MSE'rs and lurkers around because when the Disney stockings were reported, 50+ disappeared from my store overnight leaving empty clipstrips everywhere :(

where abouts in the country are you? i have hunted for the tco's and can't find any. wanted one so much after everyone on here talking about them that i ended up paying £1.50 for a normal one:eek:

:( Aww that's pants, sorry you've not had better luck emmlouie :( I'm in the Bristol area. I haven't been able to find 1 box of any of the boxed choccies and I tried about 10 stores but I've been inundated with opportunities to bulk purchase TCO's, TPO's and Promises (though TPO's and Promises have disappeared now)

I would offer to send you some but I fear it would rather defeat the object of 1p choc! :eek:I found out they're pretty heavy when I carried a bag of 15 home one night:o:o

*My quotes and smilies all messed up from copying/pasting into word so appologies if this is a mess:o
