If anyone is near B41d0ck, all of the Panasonic phones KXTG1612/13/14 and the BT Freelance XT3500 triple all have a sel at the lower prices. ;) I didn't try them as there was an end of aisle display of Calloway Shiraz with big labels and sels of £4.99 - half price. :j {offer finished on 18/3). So thought that OH may like that! Was told that it would all be refunded (not worth making a fuss over dtd of 1p per bottle!) especially as it was refunded in full, no deduction of the 5% discount for more than 6 bottles! Very cheap shop for wine, butter, utterly butterly, Ariel etc etc.:beer::beer:

can anyone help me please............ :(:(:(:(

Where is HC when you need him!!!!!!

Ive been to pick up a wireless router and when installing it says..

"your PC cannot obtain an IP service from the router"

Im sat here in the attic frozen solid with me big wooly coat working with a tourch.....

    Can anyone please help me????

it would help to have a bit of information from ipconfig!

Hold the windows key down and hit "r", release the windows key. A "run" dialog box should have appeared. Type in CMD and hit enter. Type in IPCONFIG and hit enter. What does DHCP say (yes or no), and what numbers are in IPADDRESS, SUBNETMASK AND GATEWAY?
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

The bread looks lovely, Neosi. Well done! You've inspired me to have a go. Did you use a breadmaker?

I think the system sees that you have purchased over £3 as it doesn't see the bogof bit so you just deduct the coupon of £1 off the £1.60 - just hoping T's don't twig this before I can get back there for some more

I just checked the receipt ...after someone stated that their cakes had been upped to £1 each instead of £1.60 bogof ...

even tho' it stated on the shelf bogof the muffins went through at £1 per pack .

A total cake up !...but nice with a cuppa . anyone seen the kettle ?:)

    Hi fourp,

    Well said:T

    Wondered where you've been lately

As you'll have gathered from pms I've been otherwise occupied but popping on and lurking but haven't been to Mt T for a week or so and not taken advantage of anything posted.

Saw a bit of the "kerfuffle" but (perhaps going out on a limb here:o) can't understand why people get so het up about trivial things when there are bigger fish to fry:( No offence meant to those who IMHO do seem to get too worked up about things but then again I'm not standing in their shoes:cool:

For those who remember that I was having a few problems with my foot, I've had mixed news. I was hoping that the foot was broken and could therefore be fixed but unfortunately the Xrays show that its severe wear of the joints due to so much hill walking and the onset of osteo-arthritis. Don't really know yet what this means in the long term(Doc phoned me with the results so I've not yet been to see them and discuss). Anyone else got this sort of problem?

    Hi Artha
I've had a broken foot and Plantar Faciitis in the past few years....and the latter was by far the more painful!
I broke my foot - the bone along the outside edge - when I slipped off a window sill whilst cleaning the windows:eek:....then a few months later I slipped when coming downstairs and the other foot ended up black so I suspect I broke something in that one too....but didn't dare go to the doc's in case they thought I was a lush:D
When I started with really painful feet a few years later, I assumed it was related to the previous injuries, and was told that because of the break I probably had arthritis, but was also told it was through over-use. (I used to walk the dog miles every day then)
My foot used to swell on the top, and it was really agonisingly painful first thing in the morning when I walked on it. It would ease off a little during the day but swell again as the day progressed.
    Does this sound familiar?
I was referred to a podiatrist and they took a cast of my foot and made an insert to put in my shoes to see if wearing that for a few months would help.
I was also told that I had to wear shoes/trainers with laces or velcro straps to support my feet..no sandals etc.
I found the inserts actually made it more painful, so I gave up on those pretty quickly!

My GP did say that you can have cortisone injections in the foot, but most people find the treatment more painful than the condition.

I was told by the podiatrist to sit of an evening with a bottle on the floor and roll it backwards and forwards with my foot.

It took about a year, but it did eventually get a lot better....although after a day of being on my feet I can tell when I should sit down!

I can sympathise with you Artha....it's really painful:(
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
