Is there a code on the paperwork you've been given with the router? it will be a series of numbers like 192.368.478. That's wht needs to be typed into the address bar to help your router find the right IP address, at least it was on mine, hope yours is the same

Thanks Czer - was starting to get a bit worried - with what was going on yesterday.
