Just back from Tesco, no bargains but did bump into the midwife who delivered my 2 sons. She is retiring at the end of May, she has been wanting to retire for a few years but circumstances have prevented it. We had a lovely chat and was great to see her.
Used to see her often as she lives next to a very good friend of mine but my friend moved to Dubai 18 months ago although she is returning to UK at the end of June. Will be good to have my friend home just a shame things not worked out in Dubai as they hoped.

Just called Thortons - order is not coming. Money has been refunded onto my card and complimentry box of chocolates are being sent.

Just got back from a fruitless trip to gamestation. Apparently one of the cards has been reactivated but the other with the most money on hasn't (Yet, according to the chap in the shop, but he reckons it will sometime next week.....not holding my breath!)

popped in T's....Options scanning at full price but did find the decaf Gold Blend coffee scanning cheap.
Wine glasses 88p for 4, mugs 75% off, bought several of the retro London street sign T towels, oven gloves and Aprons all 75% off.....thought they'd make nice Xmas pressies for the cooks in the family.

Got home to find I'd missed the postie and had 2 letters to be signed for
Assume it's the LTS vouchers so will have to either drive to the sorting office on Monday or arrange redelivery.

Anyone had any of their biggies redeemed yet? I dodn't win any of those but I did get several vouchers and a couple of goodie bags....so well chuffed if they honour them all :j

My stores had been cleaned of all the homeware bargains they had last week. Had my eyes on those glasses to go with my wine. Still it's my own fault for refraining from Ts for a few days.

Got home from the greenhouse visit :rotfl: and i had an orange aero waiting already eaten it it was very tasty. Postie had also left a card for a packet that was too large for letterbox. Dunno what this is it's being delivered tuesday i re arranged delivery online. Had to leave 72 hours before collecting.

Bought more stamps today for when they are needed.
