Anyone got any advice for me? Any painters or decorators comments really appreciated! Feel really annoyed, kind of wish I hadn't found out now :( Sometimes its better to be naieve (sp?) to these things than think you have been totally mugged off by a company.
Dulux have been really good and their customer services are fab, really friendly and informative, just want to know if I will get fair compensation for the time and effort I have wasted, painting everything white, for it to turn yellow. ARGH! Guy said I would prob need to send photos which isnt a problem, just so angry I wasted so much time glossing bloomin wood work.:mad::mad::mad:

Just a quick update, my Dad is fine!! I've never felt such a sense of relief in my life. On the original ultrasound that he had it was his liver that was showing up as apparently its an odd shape with some tissue that made it look like it was something on his pancreas. But apparently an odd shaped liver is nothing to worry about! So he's absolutley fine :D

Just want to thank you all so much for the kind wishes the last couple of days. It's easy to see why this thread is a lifeline for so many people. Never really fully understood that until this week. I don't have many friends here, outside of my work, so really did feel like I was going out of my mind the last couple of days, but being able to come on here and get some support or just enjoy the banter has been brilliant, so thank you all :iloveyou:

Just enjoying a beer at the moment (San Miguel, free ;) ) while OH makes a chicken curry (whoopsied chicken of course) and going to relax for the rest of the evening :D:D Will be back later to catch up

    Part of the Furniture
Re M&S school uniform, when my son started high school, M&S in Cheddar Pines outlet village had blackschool blazers for £2.50 so I bought 3 to last him through high school and it did. Mind you the size I bought for year 7 was age 7-8 yrs and he wore age 11 - 12 in year 11!
He's 20 in a few months and got ID'd for a 15 film this week!

Haha I do that with wellies when they are offer, stock up on the next 5 sizes... OH tells me I am insane :rotfl:
I also got asked my age in mc donalds on tuesday (think they have to ask for the monopoly thing as you have to be over 16) I am 21... really don't think I look that young:o, really hoping the woman serving me was a really bad age-judger, as would hate to think everyone that saw me thought I looked 16!:o

    Hi Freddiesmum.

Can you tell me what you painted and how long it took you ?

    That is one price.

How long it will take you to sand down all of the painted area's,
then repaint over is another price.

The cost of the sandpaper, dust mask and new paint is another price.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
