OMG, i thought it was a legitimate coupon site that manufacturers paid to put their coupons on, how naive/thick am i:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I also thought it was a legitimate site as they only let you print 1 or 2 of some coupons.

Hoping I might feel a bit more upbeat tomorrow not sure why I'm a bit down today. Anyway getting my hair cut tomorrow and usually feel better after a visit to the hairdresser but will have to wait for a colour as OH usually chucks one on for me. I do have quite a few Superdrug 99p ones from last year. ;)

Mum has been referred to local hospice doctor with regards her pain relief, palliative care nurse did not think patches were the best option. :( Also mum has finally agreed to go and try a local centre where she can have lunch, chat to someone other than me, try a craft, maybe have her nails done or even a massage. I think it will do her the world of good. Not sure if I'm really cut out for this caring role. :o
Awwww Tineyshoes, I really understand what you're going through. My dad and I shared care of my step mum and it was soooooo tough. Don't be hard on yourself, I honestly believe it's the hardest job in the world, (no offence to anyone aho has an equally tough job :o ) My dad and I could talk about it though and offload to each other. I really feel for you. I hope they can sort her meds out. I would've thought patches would be ideal, but I guess they're the experts!!

Regards day centres, I had a family member who was very reluctant to join one, her social life is now better than mine so hopefully that will do you both good!! :A :A

F.K. Your pics are truly amazing!! Such a talent. Green is not a good colour on me but.... :rotfl: What's with the shoulder??

I normally google when this happens to me, all the links point to an address in Glasgow, hth x

    http://www.cdrex.com/aydin-retail-ltd-8133876.html

Thanks for looking. I had googled it but can't seem to find what they actually do/are. I can't think what I have bought that would have come from a house in Glasgow

Oh god I'm so annoyed! I went to comet and purchased an iron down from £39.99 to £19.99, now I get home to find that on the website, there is no mention of a price mark-down and it's always been £19.99, other places have it for about a fiver less than this!

I didn't realise until I'd opened and used the iron but I'm going back in tomorrow to double check the I got the correct iron and if I did, I'll be speaking to the manager and possibly getting the Office of Fair Trading involved!

I was checking model numbers so I'm pretty sure I'm not mistaken and I didn't get the wrong iron. If I did, I should be due some money back from the price promise at least (IF they have one!)

frequent, you overestimate yourself. No pan is slap proof when the women of this thread get going! :T:T:T
    Hope is not a strategy.

Thank you, but you are too kind by half!

Its about time you grabbed your camera and slung a few pics up. Be nice to see some others pics.

Dunno Re. the shoulder. Just hurts and clunks and bangs something daft. Very odd though as doing exercise or resting it neither irritates it nor eases it. Very weird.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Altojack! :bdaycake:Sounds like you've had a wonderful day :j
Dont need anymore milk this week then :rotfl:

Dad loved the idea of portioning his orange :j:j

Glad the bloods are ok this time round. I swear the weather has a lot to do with our general health. People are always iller when its dark and grim and horrible :(

Internets running faster now than it has done for a long time! But its running and had better stay that way too. Last night was horrible and not something i want to repeat in a hurry

Yes absolutely the weather has a huge impact on my joints and how I'm feeling, this weather works wonders! :T These bloods are just my INR though which doesn't really impact on how I feel thank goodness. It is a big worry for me though as it hasn't been right since December when I was on my death bed! :eek:And I always live in fear of that happening again especially when I start a new drug like recently with the Oxytetracycline for my rash. Thank you so much again Tinyshoes for all your advice with it:TIt doesn't seem to be having much effect yet but I'm persevering :)

Well after telling you the good news about my daughter and granddaughter, I've just had a call from one of my oldest and closest friends to say her lovely dad has passed away suddenly :(
It's so sad because she lost contact with him for many years and they only really became close after he divorced her stepmother (who would not allow him to have anything to do with her) about 8 years ago.

Reminded me it's Flo Flo's mum's funeral tomorrow isn't it?

Just wanted to say I will be thinking of you :grouphug:

:AAwww that's so sad Purdy :( I'm so sorry to hear of your friend's loss and the years they missed out together, she must be suffering terribly :(

Welcome NannyLala, I expect you might need one of these. :coffee: Give Nikki my best wishes for a speedy recovery, and give her a big hug from me. :)

Purdita it must be such a relief to hear your DD and Freya are safely home. Hope you get to see them both very soon. x

I think you're doing a fantastic job Tiny and are perfectly cut out for a caring role :ASorry you're feeling low today :( I really hope that you feel better tomorrow and the haircut perks you up a little :) And I'm so pleased to hear that there's been some progress with your Mum, goodness only know she deserves to smile and enjoy herself as do you :A
