MMW, you just beautifully illustrated the divine truth in the words 'there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving'!

The deep sense of well being you got from that kind gesture is a feeling that you cannot buy!

    Good on ya! :T

I am now a proud owner of 12 wrights mixes and will continue to stock up whilst they are around. Pizza bases, dumplings, loaves, baps n sticks can all be improvised very easily from these packs with minimal effort. If the ovens in anyway, stick in a batch for freezing!

I haven't been on here much over the last few days, and have managed to catch up this morning, and this is a quickie. Have more to post later, including a possible glitch on the 'voucher knives' ;)

Czerniacha, regarding your SW. Have you seen the support thread on here?

Lots of support, info and ideas. I joined SW 9 weeks ago and have lost 18lbs so far. I can't believe how much you can eat. I struggle to eat 3 meals a day + snacks, but I've found if you don't keep up the intake your weight loss slows. I've also found that one 'naughty' meal such as fish & chips or a chinese, just after your weigh in, doesn't seem to affect your loss.:T

    thank you :kisses:

    I found a SW forum(minimins?) but I very much prefer MSE :D

and well done on your loss! :T that's what I'm aiming at, 2lbs a week, nice and steady
so do you recon I can polish off a box of Thorntons mints(leaving out the wrapped ones I don't like, and maybe not eating all the fudge ones) on Saturday without consequences?! :j :rotfl:Oh well, maybe I'll just leave it for now as I'm going home next week for a few days and there is no frylight, no fat free cottage cheese and lots of other 'essentials' and I'm traveling 'light' so no big 'liquids' :( I'll be struggling but will try to live on fruit, veg and whatever else will seem suitable...

PS. I'm waiting for further info on the knives too, I have the block and 4 knives, will get the rest too as we love them :)

Hello all! Lovely new thread!:T Cheers Bookworm!:T

Just a quick question before I nip off to T's. I've got lots of catching up to do so I'm not sure I got this right.

Someone mentioned a few days ago that the Tesco Sparkling Water with a hint of <flavours> was going through at 20p each? Does anyone have the details of this please? I've tried searching but haven't been lucky. If anyone can give me details of this, or a picture or barcode it would be really handy as I would like to get a few bottles.

Massive thanks in advance ( and please, if someone can point me to the OP I would also like to thank them because this would be soooo helpful).
:D if you don't have anything nice to say, keep schtum.

If you aren't bored of the free Rustlers hot wraps from S, then stock up as today is the last day. And if you have had enough, then the subs are on offer in T for £1 from tomorrow. So buy at S as part of BM and for each 2 you will pay £1.99 and get £1.98 back. Not quite free but Ok for a penny.

My kids will be sooooooo glad when this voucher runs out at the end of the month, although they do quite like the chicken and tangy meatball subs
