You've nothing to defend mate. You posted what was on your mind, its what this thread is for.

    Relax and stick around. :)

What he said /\ /\ Stick around and post Magicowen, you raised valid points and people posted their opinions - that's what we do here, but no-one falls out about it - we all have different views on things

Just sat watching a pair of marsh harriers riding the thermals out the back window over the fields. They make it look so effortless.

Constant building going on where I live, two new developments so the views and noise  not that great.

You have already been banned once.
Carry on and there will be no 2nd chance.

Some people went out of their way to get your ban overturned.

Your 1st post back got over 100 thanks.

If you get banned again it's your own doing mate.

You will be letting yourself down, along side the 100+ that were happy to see you back ( me included).

    Suggest you think before post.

    Mornin All,

Apologies to anyone who was upset by my post last night but I feel I needed to share that link so that people are aware, these things do happen, they shouldn't be hidden away, and awareness should be made so the same things do not happen again. I posted a link so people could choose whether they wanted to read it or not.
Anyway, I don't want to keep the debate going but feel I need to post why I posted that and clearly defend myself.
Thank you all for your support, but I think I am better off going back to lurking for now.
Take care all and have a good day :-)

    Magicowen,

Thanks for your thoughtful apologies but from my point of view I don't think they are needed:). Don't beat yourself up over airing your views on things that you feel strongly about.

The short discussions that followed were constructive, well mannered and also allowed me to get something off my chest, in context, that had been bothering me for some years.

I also think that Celebrate has nothing to apologise for either. On the whole I believe that the NHS is staffed by dedicated professionals like Celebrate. It is the funding of the NHS that has led to the shortfalls in peoples expectations of what we should never forget is a national treasure but often taken for granted and abused.
