Also there are a lot of people on here either under NHS care, due operations or have relatives in these situations and I don't think they want to log on here for a bit of light relief and see this sort of thing being discussed.

I disagree. with so many forum members suffering serious illness, some of which are terminally ill, I think its a topic close to many peoples hearts.

Provided the discussion is objective and the discussion remains a discussion and not an argument, I see nothing wrong with it.

A math lesson for the Post Orifice.

1st class 60p @ April 30th.

2nd class 50p @ April 30th.

60 + 50 = 110 / 2 = 55p.

Scrap 2nd class.

Concentrate on providing a service that is what it says on the stamp " 1st class ".

My 1st class letters turn up at 4 pm.
2nd class service for 1st class prices.

Before anyone slaps me, getting rid of 2nd class does not have to mean job cuts.

Cutting out overheads to afford a better service could attract new customers, like Amazon for example.

Should that happen the PO would be hiring not firing.

i got DTD on the riverway sausages ,wrong sel. as i was walking to show her the sel, she moaned thats the 3rd one today, someone is gonna get a telling off (she said a different word but thats not allowed on her). i asked her what the other 2 were, she said "one was easter time gift and the other is the easter eggs". if anyone is out there now, just check the sel.
