Be warned though, I think my neighbours think I am a bit of weirdo going out in the garden with my slippers and dressing gown on looking up and pointing my phone at the sky! :D

    Night all :)

    Lol. Goodnight Magicowen and thanks.

Take a look at this http://stellarium.org/ its like google earth but for the night sky, you need to set your location in coordinates but just google that. Lots of good options to play about with too

Thanks, Neosi, I'll take a look at it.

Oh and Miss Laid - I am not going to thank you for posting photos of spiders!

I need to get a telescope! If you have a smartphone get Google Sky Map, can tell you where everything is, it's really good!

I got a lumia 800 which is a windows phone. Can't seem to find the app for it :(

Wow, I haven't heard a Batfink quote for donkeys years. I remember watching the cartoon at about 5:15 each afternoon before Crossroads started. From memory (dodgy as it is now), I am talking about 1978/79. Am I the only sad one here or are there loads of others who remember Batfink?

    It gets worse..

I remember Benny on Crossroads and Miss Diane too, even Sandy in his wheelchair!!

I am I the only sad git posting tonight or are there any others who know what I'm banging on about and can keep me company?
