Hello everyone :hello:hope you are all having a good evening.
I have just finished tiling my kitchen with tiles from
Topps Tiles which I got with my clubcard vouchers (so sort of thread
related) anyway, I had half a box left over so took them back to
Topps Tiles this morning and they exchanged them for grouting :j just
thought this might help someone as thought they were going to say they
would only take a full box back. I will try and upload a pic to show you,
if I can work out how :think:0 -
My DS has just asked if I can pick him up a pukka pad in T's, How the flipping heck has he used 20 glitched ones in the last few months:eek::eek::eek::eek:This is going to crucify me paying full price for it;)
He's working hard, Nikki, and being creative. Paper and pen is still needed sometimes even nowadays to get the creative juices flowing. Be proud and suck it up! He's doing so well!

Beautiful spring morning...
then I thought....
Only nine months 'til Christmas :T:T:T
:xmassmile:xmassmile:xmassmile
Someone said that very same thing to me this morning :eek: I am not bothered about christmas this year. I know that this place will keep the costs down nicely for me :jfunny story
recently i was sat on the downstairs toilet.......saw a massive spider running across the floor :eek::eek::eek::eek:, jumped off the loo with trousers round ankles screaming for the kids to call my sisters DH (they live next door) , my DD went to get him and came back saying he said" catch it yourself":mad::mad::mad: so my DS who was 3 at the time said i'll get it mummy and sat outside the bathroom waiting for it to come out. He was singing to himself when it crawled onto his leg and he didn't notice. In the meantime his mother :Dstarts screaming again at which point he notices it calmly picks it up by one leg and takes it outside:A:A:A:A
Moral of the story don't ask a man to do a job when a 3yr child could do better:T:T:T
:eek::eek::eek:

Magicowen, I've been looking at the night sky too. We should be able to see Mars (pinky/red) in the East but I can't find it. I'm going back out with my binoculars.

My husband finished tiling our kitchen floor on Sunday. We had about three quarters of a box of tiles left over but he said that it's best to keep them because if we drop something on a tile and it cracks, he can chisel out the cracked tile and replace it. So it's worth having a few left over.
