Sorry to quote this but has anyone got the knives using a conditional spend moc ?
Going to get some tonight or tomorrow and i'm gonna be choosing the sa carefully as I think there is a good chance of getting trouted.
I had a really nice shop assistant who puts coupons through without looking down their nose. After she put my shopping through she asked if I had knife vouchers as my knife would be cheaper if I did, then when I said I had she pressed something on the till.(one of my coupons was £4 off £30 shop)
My original total was£52.92
Minus £6 treasure eggs
Minus £10.51 knife offer
I was hoping it would work but my total to pay before coupons was £36.42
Wish I'd spent an extra fiver now, but I had to carry it home on the bus and its a long walk from the bus stop.
Theyve asked for the coupons both times I've bought them. Last time I used the one out of the magazine.0 -
So in essence you don't need the coupons ?
In essence... no, because he never asked me if I had coupons!!!!
I wish Id kept them now.. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Saying that, some might ask for the coupons, but mine didnt, he just scanned it as he went along..
SS till beeped for someone to come and take the buzzer thing off and he too just scanned the barcode sheet...0 -

After my last bill (£1100) towards the end of last year I thought atleast I might get a few years trouble free! Well now the bloomin airbag light keeps coming on and apparently there's a new regulation coming in where your car will fail the MOT automatically if this happens. And it's a v v complex job to put right involving removing all the seats :mad:I don't even wanna think about it right now! I've had the car from new (55 plate Peugeot 206) and it's only worth about £2500 now
I saw your post when it was quoted recently and have not seen if anyone has posted the same as me, so sorry if they have, but you can remove the bulb so there is no airbag light coming on;) I have an airbag light on and have just rang my garage after seeing your post as the mot is the beginning of May and I was going to get it done before the 1st April but they said they can easily just remove the bulb and this is not illegalBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Cheers me dears.
It isn't working properly for me at the minute. There are only pics that have previously been submitted on here in the past anyway. Nothing personal at all.
I am sitting in the front room, eating mini milks (out of curds n whey at present) and procrastinating. I only came in for more bin bags but went past the freezer......

Great to see people who remember 'the old days' with taxiphil, postman, dude, leadhead, the lurch and too many others to name. I was here then, under a different username
.
For the newbies, below is a link to one of the old threads, funnily enough with redfox as the mod.

This one was a coupon thread,

Nice to read back over some of my old posts.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just found some of my old posts in there too
And ben500 and MUNT who seemed very up on the legalities and Constantine who worked for Tesco.
Plushchris is another one - he does still post on MSE but I haven't seen him post on the Tescos threads anymore. Here's one of his posts to take notice of:

HeyDude posted a great guide to getting misprices too: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=3360249&postcount=2
It's still relevant today (to DTD rather than R&R) so I'll add it to the first post0 -
