How much kneading is needed if you don't have a bread thingummybob? Thanks.

not a lot of kneading at all. i have health issues which makes anything like that painful but i made the ciabatta rolls so easily with very little effort.

You will notice when the bread has been kneaded enough as it changes texture it goes softer and stickier I used to be a master baker (husssssssssssssh :p) and love kneading bread it took me around 3 mins

Thank you both. I will give it a go this evening or tomorrow or Sunday...

Miss Laid, I guessed that you used to be a master baker when I saw the two wedding cakes you are making for Toni!

i got some reduced chicken today, and the MULTI BUY STILL KICKED IN.
I GOT THEM HALF PRICE AND IT TOOK OFF A FURTHER £2 FOR THE MULTI BUY.
so £12 worth for £4. i had to go back in and take another 3.
also there was an old lady looking at them, so i told her if she got 3 she would only pay £4. she was really grateful.

sorry receipt is not clearer. i posted this as we all thought it was only the double multi buys that worked on reduced items.

Good for you zippy, spreading the good news. I think with the multibuys it's hit and miss as to whether they work or not. I had one on some reduced veg the other day which didn't work. :)
    Hope is not a strategy.
