CS couldn't have been nicer and explained the DTD policy as I tried to feign surprise. He was talking it through with another member of staff as he put the DTD through the till. Explaining that it automatically works out the refund amount (which it did correctly).

If this is the case then it means all those who have to remind CS to get DTD are being duped.

Nah didnt risk it in the end, used the SS but the £4 didnt scan SA asked it i had scanned my nectar card so just said yep...:rotfl:and she added the £4 one manually...:D:D

For all those with the nappy MOCs Sainsbobs have the bigger carry packs for £6.47 so free. I picked up the smaller ones today before I realised that the SA had to manualy put in the price D'oh!
