bensonsmum wrote: »Morning boys and girls, another beautiful morning here, hope you are all well. 3Dogs so pleased to hear that Mr 3Dogs is doing so well.. My FIL is still plodding along, and as strange as this may sound looks absolutely great, he is eating nonstop and hasn't looked as healthy as he does now, in years. I know he is non weight bearing but apart from that you would never know he is ill. OH keeps saying to me are you sure that that haven't made a mistake!! He still doesn't want to accept that his Dad will be gone soon and finds it really hard to talk about his imminent death. He is now in a nursing home less than five minutes walk away and every time the dog gets taken for a walk its round there to see him and they all go around the park together with OH pushing FIL in his wheel chair and the dog running riot between the wheels.
They do the pub saturday and sunday lunch time, Dinner at ours twice a week and then round with him at every opportunity he gets, OH is going to be so lost when he goes. Going to be good this coming weekend as OH is going to Newcastle on a stag weekend and i get to take him to the pub, only problem is i have a knackered arm and can't lift, push, or pull at a distance its alright up close to my body but not away from it, so i can see me pushing him one armed round in circles - so will be interesting.
Hope you all have a great day and catch you all later:)
I will see if I can find you some glitched "L" plates and at least everyone in your path will have some warning:rotfl:0 -
Morning everyone! Lovely sunny day up here too
Well, I'm very disappointed with the size of my baps :rotfl:I must have done something wrong as they didn't rise very well. I was up until 1.30am making them as there was no bread for DHs pieces this morning. I left a note saying that they hadn't turned out very well but were still edible. The :silenced::silenced::silenced::silenced: didn't eat them :mad:A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -
Morning everyone lovely day here, hope everyones ok just off to catch up.
But just quickly mention whats just happened, frightened the daylights out of me:eek::eek:I was doing bits and pieces downstairs and heard rustling in the kitchen for a while and noises. Thought it was just DH getting something and walked into the kitchen and sitting on the worktop was a huge magpie eating my mothers day cake, well what was left of it:eek::eek::eek::eek:It had ripped the clingflm off and was having a right feast!!! I'd left the back door slightly open because it was such a lovely day.I always leave my back door open and if anything a frog might hop in, but this ruddy thing was as brazen as anything!
:rotfl: I'm not sure if thats worse than a frog hopping in! I'd have screamed! :rotfl:0 -

This story reminds me of an incident a good few years back. We live next to farmer's fields and a pig got out and was in the street. Was a huge pig and nasty too. It kept trying to 'eat' car tyres and made an awful mess of the garden. I called the local police and told them that a pig was in the street, they replied laughing 'We are all here accounted for'...:rotfl::rotfl:
They did get in touch with the farmer who managed to eventually capture the pig. I never knew that pigs could be so vicious.Born to glitch0 -

:eek::eek::eek: What a shock that must have been! Were you brave enough to shoo it out? I had a swarm of wasps come into my house a few months ago, and that was seriously bizarre. The wonders of nature, huh?Hope is not a strategy.0 -

Thank you ever so much again to Bensonsmum who informing me about the nappies... I hijacked my DD's laptop (as her's was connected) and printed 2 x £2 coupons off... :T:T:T:T:T:T
That's more cheap nappies for my dear niece that's expecting a baby in June.. The only thing is, I will not give her the nappies until the little one is born, Im not going to tempt fate.. At this moment in time, this house is bursting at the seams with nappies!!!!!!! thanks again to BM for getting me in the bandwagon with the pampers... :T:T
I feel like Ive missed such a lot on here the past few days... The Wifi is up and running again this morning so hopefully that will be the end of that!!!!!!
Im taking my DM to hospital today, so if there's something to report can someone keep a list for me for when I get back, as I hope to get to T's early tomorrow morning..
Hope everyone's well.... Im glad to see Mr and Mrs 3Dogs keeping their spirits up...
take care everyone..... xxxxx have a good one, but not too good being that Im not here to share it with you :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Sorry should have said to you that you were looking for "FREE" nappies, apparently there was a pop up in behind that you could click on to get free packs, but they have said they will be doing this again soon so will keep my eyes open and let you know if i see it, the same im sure as others on here will, at least you got some coupons anyway and at the moment cheaper in A's i think than T's so could go in for jtd .
Hope everything goes ok with your DM, will keep a track of things and let you know if anything comes up:):)

So funny, men just don't think do they;)But seriously nothing to be ashamed of, in fact I just love stash piccies:TAre we? That will be great you know how rubbish I am at the SS tills :rotfl:
Well I thought maybe we could try, it's where I got trouted big time but we could see if works;) Although I think we may well cause chaos and if we find anything for 1p discretion is not our middle name when we're out;) Has anyone used the hand held scanners to do their shopping, just wondering if it shows glitches and 1p stuff
Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

4 meals £4 purley
For those in SW diet... the Tesco healthy eating chicken in tomato (I think it is) only has 2 sin's for the whole packet... so might be useful to stock up for the freezer..bensonsmum wrote: »Sorry should have said to you that you were looking for "FREE" nappies, apparently there was a pop up in behind that you could click on to get free packs, but they have said they will be doing this again soon so will keep my eyes open and let you know if i see it, the same im sure as others on here will, at least you got some coupons anyway and at the moment cheaper in A's i think than T's so could go in for jtd .
