installed java
restarted etc
turned printer on and off and on and off and on and off and on
checked paper is okay
checked printer is default one
done trouble shoot
checked opera is okay to use with coupon printer
soo annoyed was no point wasting money on a printer
it lets me print PDF ones but i want my SSM ones
wanna cry im so frustrated

keeps saying thank you for instaling coupon printer your coupon wil be printed to your default printer soon but its not

at the second store, the coupon still wouldnt scan and the SA called the checkout supervisor over, and i was told that the barcodes are the same and that i have duplicated the coupons illegally !!!!!!!!!!!! i was also warned not to try this again. seriously,...!!!!!!? she proceeded to tell me about fake coupons circulating for conditioners and washing up stuff...bla bla bla, with at least 5 other people waiting to be served behind me. and i only had 1 ciabatta and one mixed grain bread mix!

i got home just after HO closed, and I shall be on the phone with them the first thing tomorrow morning.

Pennies the coupons should scan if they use the hand scanner, they don't seem to scan over the normal one that they whizz everything across. And if not then they can input the number manually.Lazy barstewards.:mad:
I would definitely complain to HO.

lol ive got the ciabatta, multi grain and parmesan and tomato all stocked up, i popped into a cooperative this morning on the way to work and they had the Premium white, multi and ciabatta but they were all between £1.12 and £1.20!!:eek::eek:

Mam and dad went to morrisons on the way back tonight and got 2 cake mixes i think it was fudge or choc and ginger? but they were £1.50 odd,sorry cant remember still in shock lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ladyleenie, the dress is beautiful. I also got my outfit from Phase 8 in the outlet village last Saturday but my daughter wanted me to get brown and/or cream to fit in with her theme! Certainly reduced the options. Still we found the perfect dress with bolero and shoes to match. I hope all the wedding plans are coming along well.

well..the thing is, she was rather rude to me. I dont expect them to be polite, but there is no need to be rude.

also, she tore my two coupons up before shoving them back at me, and i think that is completely out of order.

and best of all, when i asked the SA to void the two bread while i check with HO, she told me not to waste my time and HOs time, as what i am doing is fraudulent, illegal, etc. she ended by saying that what i am doing is no different from shoplifting. i managed to smile at her and explained to her the meaning of the words fraudulent, illegal, fraud, and shoplifting.

i was really peeved off by her attitude,..so i shall call and complain about her tomorrow.

Tricia try doing it this way.

Uninstall coupon printer completely. Them install it from this link.

I had exactly the same problem as you ages ago, did it from that link and...Bingo. :T

this happened to me and i looked for the couponstar web site and downloaded the coupon printer from there then went back to ssm and it was working then. worth a try
