By the way, I printed off one of the Dettol No Touch £3 off vouchers the other day for a friend. She used it today in Asda and it gave her 50p off her shopping because they have been reduced to £2.50p! I don't know if this is a regional thing.

I checked in my local asda when this was mentioned the other day and the sel was back up to the £9 something this is in the north east

That would be great if it did as I saved the £3 pdf but not bothered much as I got 20++ when Asda had them for £1 :)

I didn't have a printer in those days :( and I used to be very sad about all the cheap/free stuff people were getting.

BTW One of my friends has now noticed my disappearance, and it's one of the ones that's never on FB :rotfl:

Kadison i've been meaning to post for you

I can count on the fingers of one hand how many "true" friends I have got. It doesnt mean I dont have mates, I have plenty of those but they're not the sort I would introduce to my family/

In a weird way, i am quite proud of this fact :) I've previously been in the situation of finding out who my true friends are, and they are the ones who matter. Not some hanger on who only phones/texts/facebooks/emails when they want something

And besides, you have tons of friends on here :j

    ...and re LadyLeenie's potential dress...

My gran, aged 67, turned up from California to our VERY traditional wedding in Southern England in a dress above her knees :eek::eek:

...and she had better legs than the 20 year olds! (resembled FK in those lovely tights, actually! ;))

so... each to his (or her) own, and if you've got it, well then go for it!

    :)
