I got 2 lots of nappies too :T:0

Has anyone used the voucher for the free pack of huggies? Just wondered if the cashier has to manually enter the value of the voucher (to match the price of the nappies), or does it come up with the recommended value of £6.49 as per the small print.
Noticed some of the carry packs are on offer in T's at the moment, so could be a nice little winner.0 -

Looks yum! :beer:Did you make it by hand?
I bought 14 today and used 13 coupons, 2 small price checks and total to pay - 15p!! Am giving half away as they are pretty much free anyway.
I wonder, is anyone brave enough to spend £40 next week just on bread mix and pay for it all with coupons to get the £5 off £40 spend? I may give it a go and choose my SA VERY wisely!

Thanks to Snap-ant, midwinter, dreamerbea, Mrs Jagger, tigerwhite and others I’ve probably missed, sorry.
Lovely comments and advice re the friends trouble, the problem is that the friends I’m really talking about are my really good friends, not ones I would give up on, but I just feel like they don’t want me around at the moment, it’s hard to think someone still gives you a single thought when all their actions speak to the contrary
Kymie – I’m so sorry to hear this and of your losses, I lost my mum at the same age as you and my dad two years after, but do go over if you feel able, she will probably appreciate the thought at the very least and possibly also the company xx
Jumblejack – what a sweet post in reference to the above, I agree, being there means ten times more, even if you have nothing to say, sometimes if you’re grieving it can help to have someone to share your tears with xx
Mymerrywidow – crikey, glad you’re ok! But I can match/beat that! Once when I was still living in our family home (with my two brothers and no parents), we all had a fireworks party and an indoor BBQ (it being November), invited about 6 friends and I was busy doing burgers under the grill and chips in the deep fryer. My eldest brother made a remark about how long stuff was taking to cook and hadn’t we better do the fireworks before it rained, so I agreed, switched the grill off and put the chips in the microwave to keep warm on low.
15 minutes later I came back to find I had actually put the chips on HIGH, the whole room was filled with thick black smoke (and it was a HUGE kitchen, so really took some filling), my lungs and eyes have never burned so much in my life, I took the – now black – chips out and put a teatowel over them as I was so scared they were going to burst into flames. Everyone else followed in about 5 minutes and made me explain what I’d done. Oops. Well at least I didn’t put wet matches in a microwave to dry them out like my dad once did.:eek::eek:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Back home now, we got 4 packs of sausages but as the wife didn't realise how much the dtd was she didn't question the sa when they put a refund of £13.18 back on the card.
How the sa come to that figure God only knows
Price 4 x 2.19 = 8.76
Charged 4 x 4.39 = 17.56
Difference £8.80
Dtd should have been £17.60
So they owe me £4.42, do I phone ho in the morning , go back to the store or just leave it ?0 -

They are showing online for £6.48p a pack at Tesco when I check.0
