Well....despite calling into at least a couple of charity shops each day this week I have found absolutely nothing......!

Not sure whether to be :) at not spending money or :( at not experiencing the buzz of finding a nice bargain.

Does anybody find anything good in Berkhampsted, Amersham, Thame, Harpenden, or Beaconsfield?

Amongst quite a few charity shop bargains found over the last week my absolute best has to be a Lulu Guiness bag for £2

Towser - Berkhamstead nice stuff but expensive - Harpenden hugely expensive but again usually have some very nice things. Don`t know about the others

I've been through a few weeks of getting nothing and then yesterday and today I've got some great bargains.

A pair of laura Ashley cranberry striped curtains £3.50 will be used for the spare room
A suit for dh only a George one not a fancy make but very nice on £1
    2 nice men's ties £1
An immaculate le creuset cast iron pot and lid £4.99
2x prs ladies hotter shoes £6.99 per pair. Unworn and both pairs still on website at £75 per pair. They will be worn on my upcoming holiday
A Cath kidston storage jar £1.50
An Emma bridgewater biscuit tin a little bashed but matched my radio 50p
A shaggy rug from next, immaculate and still on website for £90 cost £6

I've actually spent quite a lot of money £33 but I've got several 100s of pounds worth

It was from several shops. It's odd because some shops locally can be really expensive like £4.95 for a primark t shirt and yet some of the others had absolute bargains.
