What is your charity shop bargain of the week?

In one of the big chain charity shops in Norwich (can't remember which one) and got a Dobby (Harry Potter) toy for £2.49. Looked on ebay when I got home and he sells for £30-50!! :O He's staying pride of place on display at the top of my wardrobe though.
And another was doing 2 CDs for 99p, and another all their paperbacks were 50p as usual, and they had a lot in that I wanted. Limited myself to 1 though as I'm so behind on reading this year, I really don't need more to add to the pile.Best 2016 Wins - Nails Inc Bundle, Sebo Vacuum, Walking Dead Figure Subscription0 -
Last week I saw a lovely Jaegar shirt in the Community chazza shop, blue stripey linen, very nicely made, price tag of £3.50. Couldn't bring myself to pay that much but when I went in again today....there it was on the half-price rail! :j
Also got a guide book for Portugal, ideal for forthcoming holibobs for £1 and a necklace & earring set with sparkly brown stones for 50p.0 -
In my favourite Barnardos today, (all £1.99) a Country Casuals linen shirt dress, Regatta new short sleeved shirt, M&S pretty loose linen top and a pair of Next bootleg cords. DD also got a full outfit for a fancy dress do and a ride on truck for DGD (which she wouldn't get off in the shop so had to be bought!)0

lovely bargains everyone ! I was so pleased yesterday. I bought film cells in a frame (complete with certificate of authenticity) for Wallace and Gromit Curse of the Were Rabbit for £2.50 from BHF. Love it as it is one of mine and my OH favourite animated films so we were over the moon. I also got a beautiful bag which had matching shoes but the shoes weren't my size. Felt guilty buying the bag on its own but it was lovely. Black with red and green cherrys on it and brand new. Also got some books from the Salvation army which were in there box wrapped up for £1.50 ! love all my bargains and love reading about others too hehe xx:j First prizes back into comping after a break - romantic break to 2 to Venice/ Paris or Rome with romantic trip and a 42 inch TV and blu Ray amazing !
Thank you all so much and good luck guys and girls xxxxxx0 -
I've had a good haul lately.
M&S (Indigo) floaty top, blue background with mint green/fuchsia/orange flowers.
Should have had a vest underneath but didn't but I have a mint green vest & a fuchsia one anyway. £3.00
Great with jeans or jeggings.
Precis purple short cardigan, I like these to wear with long dresses. £3.00
Debenhams Collection long dress in tropical pattern. £6.50
This had been shortened and I usually shy away from items that have been altered but they'd made a pretty good job of it and it is a perfect length for me with flats.
All from our local hospice shops.
And I have a big pile of stuff to go up to the hospice shop tomorrow.0 -
Abercrombie & Fitch dark blue cropped t-shirt £2.99. Similar ones around £20 on their website. Will look perfect with my new high waisted jeans0

My bargain of the week is a large-ish non-stick loaf tin made by Anolon which is a prestigious brand (I had to look them up on the internet). This new thing came in today and I was told to put £3 on it - I put it on display and prayed that no-one would buy it before I went home, they didn't. I managed to buy this item for £2.01 because I was given a discount - according to the internet it costs £12 new (and it looks new to me).
I will use it for cakes, loaves and terrines. :cool:0 -
A beautiful white cotton per una summer weight sweater with appliqued sun design on the front for £1.99 in Dr B's.0
