Loads of builders regularly log in during the afternoon for a couple of hours. Not just today. Been happening a while.
I suppose you're still on-site on your phone? After all, I remember you commenting how the pressure was off whilst on-site and you could just swan around not doing much.
No, it's simple. It's you who needs us to think you are "Jimmy the builder" but your hackneyed and cliched character creations are like they're from a book written 30 years ago. (Which is perhaps the time you were a builder in the north?)
I aint a builder.
I havent got a phone that i can access the internet from.
I get paid by the metre and not the hour.
Renovation man got you:).

Plenty of investors could clean up around here if they managed to get a decent tenant, they could also lose out if they get a bad tenant.
Lots of bad tenants around here, the BTL bubble has definitely burst here.
A 6 block of new build apartments is sat empty and are being sold off by the landlord, already had the auction and nobody bought any of them, i think theres another auction the first week in april for 6 3 bed semis on the next estate to mine, all of them owned by the same landlord (well i say owned but you know what i mean).
A link to these much fabled properties would add weight to your comments.

Yeah, yeah, you're a joiner and your work tools cost you most of your wages every week, no one goes to the pub any more as it just costs too much money and besides no one can get there anyway as insurance on their van is mental.0 -
Dont bother asking me questions then..
In the northwest there are plenty of new build apartments for sale for under 50k.
If only there was a way of searching for them online.
I wont bother asking cos you dont answer them full stop.Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0 -

I got a new job about a month ago so i aint stuck on daywork wages now so its happy days again for now.
The pubs are shut, used to be about 12 locals i could drink at in my area, now alls that is left is 2 pubs and the labour and conny clubs.
Van insurance has gone mental lately, im glad im not just coming out of my time and having to start running a van on basic wage.0 -
