As title suggests, I have a spare code from today, but would like to swap it for a Monday code please!

PM me with your request, only if you:
a) Are not a newbie (6mths +).
b) Have made over 20 posts on the MSE forum.
c) Are prepared to trust me and send me a Monday code first.
d) Seem nice.

Sorry, but I've been burnt before ("addict", you have been reported and I hope the MSE admin teams are taking action) and I would rather throw the code away than be scammed again.

I will edit this post when the code has been claimed.

Hi I've just had an email from 'Mail Rewards Club
' saying 'we would like to let you know that some of the Mail Points you have earned could be starting to expire or may have already started to expire. Mail Points earned before 6 September 2012 are valid for two years and Mail Points earned after 6 September 2012 are valid for one year'

I started collecting again on the 09/09/13 after using all my points up, so how could I have any due to expire ?

So it's ONLY taken them 6 weeks from when this expiry could have begun, to start sending out emails to all Reward Club members to warn them that they may have lost points from their accounts.

This email has probably happened at my suggestion that they should do this (and send it to ALL members) after a very irate conversation I had with their CS a little over a week ago after I had "lost points" (as I previously posted)

I specifically asked in JULY about how they would leave the accounts when redeeming them for gifts and was advised it was EARLIEST EXPIRY FIRST leaving those earned in March-Sept 2012 (expiring March-Sept 2014) behind for use later.

ABSOLUTE TOSH.

It's FIRST IN FIRST OUT.
Despite redeeming a few thousand I still lost some on Oct 5th and even more on Oct 11th

Apparently the person that told me was a "trainee", obviously "got it wrong" (perhaps "misunderstood" even if they asked a supervisor) and NO LONGER WORKED THERE.

I asked why it's not explained that this is the procedure in the T&Cs and they couldn't provide an answer :mad:
