I wasn't too sure if they were done by hand or by machine. You wonder how many they miss then when I've been missing 2 since the scheme started a while back. Lots of other people must be missing them from their mags as well. Bit of a bind not to get when you pay for the paper. I didn't phone up the last time but I should have. I definitely will on Monday though. Thanks for the information.

No code in Sunday's live magazine although glue there to hold it! I phoned the 0844 number on Sunday and got cut off twice after listening to the repeat message so many times. Some kind person (Iconic) put the freephone number on for me to try which I hope others noticed as well. If not it is 0800 010 111. I was to ask to get put through to the Mail Rewards which I did and, yes, you've guessed it, it got cut off again twice after listening to the repeated message. I decided to speak to the person who answered and explained that i phoned 4 times and keep getting cut off and he said there was a production problem with the cards this week and he would put me through to someone who could help me. I spoke to a nice person who gave me a number which I could enter in place of the missing one. Hope this helps any who are frustrated with the repeated message and getting nowhere. :T
