Yep, I'm exactly the same as you. Start swapping between Tesco and Morrisons, found M's voucher arrived after a few days but T's plastic card took a few weeks.

Switched to on M's vouchers and I've just order one on Sunday but my previous one (which must have been a month ago) still hasn't arrived.

I too can't understand what the voucher delay is, because as you say, M's will have wads of these vouchers printed for the run up to Christmas.

We've had three rewards so far, all arrived promptly, Toy Story 3 & Downton Abbey dvds and a £5 Tesco card.

But the last reward, yes an M&S voucher, ordered weeks ago, still not here!

Seems M&S take ages, just got mine this morning. Thats 4 or 5 I've had so well pleased. Well on my way to the Elizabeth Earl Christmas set now.:T
