Is anyone still having problems with despatch/receipt of the actual gift vouchers?

I am still missing the very first (Tesco £5 gift card) one that I ordered on Monday 13th June 2011, despite assurances from the Daily Mail that ' a replacement' would be sent out in September, which also failed to materialise. I switched my selection choice to Morrisons vouchers, assuming that the fault lay with Tesco and as the first Morrisons voucher arrived within 5 days of placing the order in August, I naturally opted for another Morrisons voucher in September but alas and alack I received this email on 28th September...

"Dear XXXXXXX,

We are writing to inform you that due to high demand of your chosen voucher, there is a delay in sending out the Reward that you recently redeemed from the Mail Rewards Club.

Unfortunately we are unable to change your chosen reward for an alternative, but we are working hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and will aim to have your Reward shipped to you within 10 working days.

We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience.

Mail Rewards Club team."

Coincidentally the ten working day period expires today, and I have I received the Morrisons voucher? Of course not.

I could just about understand a problem with the Tesco Gift card as that takes the form of a credit card sized plastic voucher which might take longer to produce than a paper one, but the Morrisons one was just as standard Morrisons paper voucher of the type that I could trot into my local branch of Morrisons and buy today.

Might the actual problem be that thehut.com who appear to be handling this promotion on behalf of The Mail, haven't got a clue what they are doing?

A neighbour is collecting for the Morrisons vouchers and she is still outstanding the voucher, and got the same emails you have posted.
