Hi, I've phoned a couple of times in the past and had no problem getting through but It's been Mon/Tues I usually phone so maybe a bit quieter then?
All they ask you to do is turn to a certain page in the paper and tell them what advert is on that page then they give you a code.

Calls cost 5p per minute from a BT line.

I cant get through either, it rings once then takes me back to the menu again
