Weekly Spend Challenge w/c 18th Mar 2012

  • Bit of a spendy day today although from different budgets. Have managed to bring my weekly spends up to £8.90. Had to get a couple of bits that would normally come out of my grocery budget but as that is so far over i thought i better use my weekly money.

Hope everyone is well, or at least as well as can be.

Morning all from a glorious sunny Devon!

So sorry you're feeling everything's got on top of you LC, think a lot of us have been there and got the tshirt.:o the tiredness just compounds it all, you can't think straight. Have you tried writing a list of what you actually definitely need to do before SA and sod the rest?

This week I have been decluttering so can put the hoover away at last! Tried to keep the spending down but had a bit of a chocolate wobble on thurs as son was home sick again, so that's days home 4 weeks in a row. Good job I'm self employed, no-one else would have me! So spent:

    Tues, 2 coffees £3.40
    Thurs choc and sweets £3.39
    Fri, large latte £2.30

And that was it! So finishing on£9.09/£10

    Have a good weekend everyone.:D

    Declaring at £8.90 / £10

Not really sure what to set for next week yet, am supposed to be seeing a friend for tea but waiting for her to confirm so that will make a difference to next weeks spends.

Have a good weekend and enjoy the sunshine.

    Hi everyone

Another gloriously sunny morning in Glos!

I'm sorry for my rant the other day and for being very absent - it was not a good week!

However, whilst I'm still not feeling quite myself, I am definitely feeling better, although my sleep is still destroyed. I got 4.5 hours last hours and was pleased...that's how bad it's got! Still, feeling a lot better in myself so that's good! Thank you so much again everyone for the lovely thoughts and kind words :A

Moving on extremely swiftly onto nicer things...

I was VERY red again last week and lost all track, d'oh!

I will run this week's thread pp but as I'm off Friday afternoon it means I won't be able to have the first page updated with people's declarations, I hope that's ok? If you could then do the following 2 weeks that would be brill! :rotfl:

    New thread is over HERE
