The ones I got cheap - ie 47/97p were

    PS2:

    Sly 2
    Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
    Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain
    This is Football 2004

    X-Box

    im a delivery guy

And if you didnt like your job, you could just walk out, without considering the fact that you need the money?

It's not as if you can just walk into a job so if some people need the money to live then what choice do they have?

and how many people here would just buy 1 item if there stores had various stock in? ? ok for us and not them hey..

some people are quite happy when things are going there way but soon throw there toys out the pram when its not..;)

I agree, sometimes it would be best the staff took all the best deals. Imagine if you will that the staff of a well mentioned e-store (s***neo for example) had bought all the bargain discs (for example), now in that case that could have saved a lot of heartache all round couldn't it?

I,m with you on this, If we didnt know, and the staff just had a sale table for themselves with the rest going to charity shops for instance nobdy could complain. Why not be glad for the lucky ones and hope your chance is coming the next time:rolleyes:

I thought I'd give this a bump as amongst other things, PC World, Currys et al are selling off the original PC versions of 'The Sims' and Half Life 2 - the versions without any expansion packs - for 97p.

As we all know Currys/Dixons are having an Xbox clearout. I just bought a Mad Catz Xbox (NOT 360) scart cable with optical output, like this one for 47p, and it came with a 1.5m (roughly - I haven't measured it) optical cable

There were loads of other mad catz Xbox cables as well for 47p in a 'bin' near the xbox games in Curry's Romford.

Hope this helps someone, and apologies if this has already ben posted.
