What the hell? Disappointed? It's their own damn decision to remove hardware PS2 emulation from the UK PS3, probably as a cost cutting measure. If anyone's being hard-done-to it's UK gamers.

Indeed, especially as UK gamers are paying more for the machine than anywhere else in the world, too.

Just been to Newbury - The Currys in the retail park are doing 3 for 2 on reduced gaming, whilst the Currys Digital in the high street are doing 50% reduced gaming - picked up 2 x 97p xbox games and charged 97p total - quite a few left xbox and ps2 - You have to get the sales assistant to scan them to check prices as some are marked higher but scan @ the lower price.

Just managed to pick up Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on the PS2 for 98p from PC World thanks to this thread - even if it was from March they still have some lying around :rolleyes:

The currys store in croydon still has loads of PS2 titles stacked in a clearance bin towards the exit (whitgift center end)
