I didn't win from ITV wingo - I was just congratulating others peeps!

Well done on the baking comp Jane.

Hope you have a wonderful time in River Island Melvis! DD is really keen to go and spend our Primark voucher but as the nearest one is 50 miles away it will need to wait for the moment.

Hope you get what you want on the job and house front Wingo. The rooms in new houses always seem to be smaller than older ones I think. Our rooms are pretty big mind you so take more heating.

I envy you your win Jane, lots of lovely new baking stuff, my idea of heaven. I'm not a brilliant baker, but I enjoy trying. One of my best wins was £300 worth of baking stuff from ITV. It's all Prestige, far better than I would have ever bought. I really think with baking gear you get what you pay for, it makes life a lot easier working with good items. Mine came in loads of big boxes, I had to buy 4 cupboards and they're stored in the conservatory, our kitchen is so small there was no room for it all. I love it.

Have a great day shopping Melvis and don't do what my Daughter did. She won £500 of vouchers to spend online at Cult Beauty and is up to £517 so far. I swear if we won the Lottery we would end up worse off.

  • Can anyone help me please. I have not long back purchased a Dab radio which I love. I enter some competitions by trying to ring the station. I have found most of the geographical alternative numbers that I can phone from my mobile which are using my free minutes. Apart from Heart London I can only find the 0845 number can anyone help please. Thanks in advance.

    Hi All,
The other day when just about to enter the Pepsi Max comp decided to have a look at the posts to see if any winners had any tips on winning. Two of the winners who won on Easter Sunday give the code they used. I thought I must check and see what code I used on Easter Sunday. Have just checked there now and lo and behold I had used the winning code, I only entered once that day as being Easter Sunday I was going out for a Family Meal and had the family with me that day so very little comping. I entered my comp at 11.06am, one of the winners entered the same Code but at 10.30am that morning. I am gutted. So near and yet so far. Never mind if it is for me it will not go by me (old Irish saying).
Postman passed my window about 15 mins ago but I didn't hear letter box go so knew there was nothing for me. Then about 5 mins ago a Royal Mail van parked at the cul de sac beside my neighbours house (we are semi detached) sometimes taxis, delivery men pull in there instead of my drive. My hopes were up thought maybe I was about to get a delivery, sadly none today.
Would someone please send me some lucky fairy dust.

Hi all :) Hope everyone is having a great Saturday!

I just had a little question - my comping email addy has the word 'comps' in it, do you think this might be a hinderance to me winning? Just wondering if they check things like that and if it might fgo against me? x

Meow7 might do. Try taking out "comps" for awhile and see if it makes any difference.
I have been asking myself the same question regarding my home address, newer houses built in my area lately all have grand names and part of my address is "Manor" I was wondering would promoters get the wrong idea and think oh look at her living in a "Manor", she doesn't need to win our prize.Believe me its far from it, I could do with any prize. Considering changing my address, but then the postie probably wouldn't know where to deliver it!. The road that runs down pass my street has the same first part of my address only with Road at the end (occasionally my mail goes there by mistake) and if I order a taxi and it doesn't turn up I know where it has gone to Road instead of Manor. The joys of comping!
Any one else have funny particularities with their names (similar to someone famous) or address etc. Any funny stories?
