Ooh, nice new thread, and lovely sunny day! I had a good day yesterday, got some new patio doors fitted, which look really nice and hopefully won't be as draughty as the old ones were. I ave also hopefully sorted out a new car. A different make to the faulty one, 6 months older but only done 13,000 miles ( the other one had done 41) They're doing me a straight swap so I think I've ended up doing quite well out of the deal! Mind you I deserve it, after all the inconvenience.
And then I won a pair of proskins leggings too ( worth £50 apparently!)
Today is going to involve tidying up and buying a Mother's Day present!

Well done on the leggings and the new car Minty. Hope all goes well with this car. DH loves our new one - especially since he discovered how economical it is to run! I have hardly driven it as I am used to an automatic so am a bit nevous with it but I haven't stalled it or anything yet!

Am curiois what my redelivered package will be today as I have receivrd what I thought it was going to be yesterday. Oohhh the intrigue. Means I will spend the morning looking for the post van to be in our vicinity.

Lovely sunny morning out there. Shame I really need to spend the day catching up on housework really but at least i can open all the windows and let the fresh air in.

Well that was a let down :rotfl:

Had rearranged delivery of a packet i missed on Thursday. Postie has just bought it and it is just the second pack of Barclays football cards the are sending out when you play and don't win but they put a box in with it to stpre them in :rotfl: oh well. Got a little sample of vaseline body lotion from Boots
