Sheils glad you enjoyed your day out to Edinburgh. I love that city. When I was last there about 2 years ago there was a lot of disruption to the traffic due to road works. Are they still working at it?
mintymoneysaver I contacted Proskin (Sales) at the weekend re: our win of Proskin leggings and they confirmed it was a win. Some confusion over the list they received from Weight Watchers.

Evening all

Only a coffee sample in post today, but did have info of a comp so better then nothing (i dont even like coffee OH does thou)

Went Mr T to find some clothes for Grandads funeral on Weds only managed to get trousers so trip to Mr A tomora for a top....right pain not having any black clothes. But did get LO a winter coat for next yr from £16 to £4 in the sale so was happy with that.

Also picked up a packet of McCains chips, for the 1k a day comp Thou I'm 44th so need to work on that one I think.

Need to catch up on some comps, well done on any wins

Today is a Bank Holiday here in N Ireland so no post or deliveries for me. At least I am off work today and also taking tomorrow off. Gives me a chance to catch up on my comps. Was going to mow the lawn but decided to wait until the afternoon but it rained in the afternoon so have to do it another day.
Funny my phone never rings when I am at home but every day I'm working I come home to missed calls. It seems a very long day today. Will go and do some more comps. Speak to you later.

Where abouts in Northern Ireland are you Dreams? Spent alot of time in Larne between 2005-07.

In Londonderry. Born here but have travelled quite a bit. Worked in London in the 70's and for a short time in Kilwinning, Scotland around early 80's. Any chance I get I go back to Scotland, it is very like Ireland.
Have travelled the world, going on holidays to foreign countries. Been to Katie's part of the world, Devon my aunt lived there so have been to Torquay on several occasions.

Bit cloudy here today and not very Spring like - was getting used to the sunshine!
Going to try and get up to date with the housework today but hope to get a few comps done too.
DS trying to decide whether to leave school next month and take the trainee Chef job he has been offered. Really don't know what advice to give but he does hate studying and is enjoying his part time job....

In a way sheils if your son has been offered that opportunity they must think he has potential. If he enjoys it then it could be a good opportunity especially with current climate on job front and how much university costs these days but i guess only he knows if he wants to do it. Well done to him though for being offered the chance.

I have a serious question for you all. Do you think comping is going to my head? I was going out for a few messages this afternoon. Postie had not been. Walked round the corner and there was a Royal Mail van sitting. Did I walk past or stop?
The postie was getting out of the van, right I thought if he has anything for me (packet or parcel) he will take it away again if he knocks and I'm not there. So I shout over to him and asked him had he anything for my address. It was the same postie who brought my redelivered packet on Saturday. He delved into the back of his van and then came over and handed me 2 letters. I thought he was delivering parcels/packets not letters. Nothing exciting in the letters.
Can you imagine everytime I see a Royal Mail/Delivery Van running over to ask do you have anything for me! Oh dear, I think its time to avoid red/white vans. Has anyone else expereienced this!
