Jane, think of it as a compliment I wish I still got asked for ID! I once had a Saturday job in a newsagent when I was 15 and it had just came into force that you had to be 16 to buy cigs. I asked a lady for her age who snapped back...'I'm 39 yr old!'

Sheils, I bet your son is a great chef. I wish there was someone else in our house that cooked!

Yes it will be nice in say 10yrs time for ppl to think i look 10yrs younger just a pain at moment lol

Was more fact she has served me so many times before and never asked, if she didn't/wasn't sure she should of asked the first time or if couldnt remeber every time, I always carry my ID with me as know I don't look old enough to some people lol

Evening all :hello: I feel like I haven't popped into the inn in ages It's been a bit hectic over the last few weeks. Anyway, I hope everyone is well and winning loadsssssss of nice things? I found out today that I've won a divine chocolate hamper which I'm over the moon about. I'm a bit of a chocaholic so this was an ideal win for me lol :rotfl:

Morning all,

Didn't have a brilliant night as we had hailstones pounding down and the big military excercise that has been on the news appeared to have found its way here. We had jets and helicopters etc flying over and yesterday we saw loads of army trucks heading over to the base.
They seemingly started a fire yesterday too - just as well we aren't in a drought area!
