I won lots in 2008 and 2010 but don't think I won any last year :eek: (except kids ones) .... just won some amazon vouchers though so going to buy a few and my friend sent me a box of ones she no longer wanted so plenty to keep me going for now. After work & comping & housework I'm not left with an awful lot of time to read

    Where do you work? xxx

I work in a second hand shop supporting the local hospice, only supposed to be 6 hours a week but it's usually much more lol

See we have a few more Mse'rs who won the Pepsi competition. I will dream about what I would do with the winnings if I am that lucky.
I have fallen behind in my comps this month. Will try and catch up again.
Must go and bring in one load of washing and hang out another. A woman's work is never done. Have to light fire too as although it is nice outside it is still cold.

  • Afternoon all, lovely and sunny here and the house is all nice and clean ready for going back to work tomorrow. I could do with a new Waterstones book. I discovered the review bits on the site and on facebook, thanks to all you lot, got two in quick succession, and then none for weeks now! I think I've only got 3 books left by the side of my bed now, which is really worrying for me!

Just realised I haven't thought what I want the £500 for. Last year I wanted the Best Western money for a laptop and I got it. DH would like your idea though Jane. The ferry is only about 50miles from us though so wouldn't cost all that.

We would have to fly but we are right by gatwick so not far to go to airport it's 5mins away, thankfully we arn't on the flight path so planes are ok, we can see them just after take off but don't hear them.

I really want to go since seeing photos from inside, would be a nice wee overnight trip, do me just fine lol

Got me thinking what would I do with the winnings, could go on holiday to A)Blackpool or B) Scotland or C) Torquay. Maybe buy 500 lines on the Lotto and see if I could increase my winnings! Buy a new electrical gadget. Dream on.
Jane if you ever come across to Belfast let me know and I will meet up with you. It's only 72 miles from where I live, buses run every 15 mins from here.
I know what you mean about flight paths, when I first went to work in London (Chiswick) we were directly under a flight path. Residential are - very quiet except for the planes flying overhead.
