You poor thing though, I can just imagine it - oh a second viewing sounds positive, the estate agent rings with an offer, even more excitement, then drum roll £65k! Off their heads I agree.0 -
Accept her offer, continue marketing and then pull out before exchange because someone has offered you 85k more for it....
she'll have shelled out for a survey and be pressing for a completion date in which case you can tell her you are having trouble finding onward accommodation because it looks like you'd struggle to find so much as a garage with the funds that you have....0
