Rather insulted and upset

Hello - We have had our house for sale for around 6 weeks and 3 weeks ago we had a viewer, she came back 4 days later for a 2nd viewing, yesterday the EA phoned and she has put an offer in for 65k :eek:, the house is on at 150k! she said the reason for this is that she feels the bathroom needs replacing!
is she mad? house in my area are selling atm between 150-165k.

Its deffo not over priced - a house up the street exactly the same as mine sold for 152k (on at 157k), mine has a garage and conservatory and that one didnt and mine is on 150k.0 -

The EA was embarrased when he phoned me, apparently this woman sold her house recently and wouldnt take a penny below the asking price!0

House prices may be on their way down, but that offer is quite unreasonable, how can she imagine you would accept.
Absolutely no need to take it personally though, she is just trying her luck. Just say no and move on!0
