LL letting self in when we not here?

You don't need to know their actual current address - you need to know the address provided by the LL (usually on your tenancy agreement) 'for the serving of notices'.i dont know there address.... they haved moved since we have been here. I have replied to the text saying its not convientiant to come on monday but have had no reply.
So i guess they will come anyway?
That is where you write. If the LL does not receive (because he's moved/whatever) that is his problem, not yours. But that is why you also change the locks to ensure that, having written to the proper address, your privacy is not invaded due to the LL's negligence in keeping his address up to date.
If you have no addess for the serving of notices, then under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 you do not need to pay rent.0
