Nope, it sits with me at the moment - Martyn is my only hope :D

Come on Martyn, collect your spoon!

Right. Had enough! Think I'll have to complain to the UN that as a Welshman I'm being regularly mocked by my larger neighbour. Be warned, we are already drawing up plans to resolve this solar inequality - we shall annex the sunny Isle of Wight.

It'll be reasonably peaceful, we'll leave the capital as Newport (easy one for us to remember), but add a few extra LL's to the Isle, as the current name just isn't 'flemmy' enough for us.

We should arrive soon, Dai's lent us his kayak, we've borrowed a couple of pedalos from Roath Park lake, and I've fashioned a raft out of wooden spoons. We'll be heading off as soon as we've got the sheep on board.

    Mart.

PS Got 1.5 O's but looks like Groovy saved me from a spooning. M.

Am producing 135 watts and have already banked 8.5 watts this morning! smiley-laughing025.gif

Off to spend the next 4 days with my Grandson. Not sure I will get on here in that time. I will be praying to Tonatiuh and asking that he spreads it around.

    Wizard! It's not even daylight!!!

Thick freezing fog here AGAIN this morning. Luckily the Wattson Anywhere site is down so I can't see just what damage the heat pump has done to my consumption. It's sucking in -3C freezing fog and turning it into blocks of ice. Not a pretty sight, but it's still maintaining 21-22C inside the house without any bother.

Last night I had to call the police as I saw 2 unwanted visitors trying garage doors & car doors in the lane out the back of the bungalows. The council have fitted these rather neat LED street lights, unfortunately my wrist watch gives off more light, so as a result the rear of the properties have become darker than a black hole and a crime hot spot :(

I've decided to take the hit and replace my PIR floodlight which blows bulbs weekly due to the amount of on/off activity (and has been damaged twice by said unwanted visitors) with a 70w dusk-dawn Metal Halide vandal proof bulkhead fitting.

It fly's straight in the face of my recent eco-drive, but sometimes, needs must. A worst case scenario in the Winter (longest nights) it will add approx 1kWh to my daily consumption, obviously a lot less in Summer. :(

While you're busy annexing the Isle of Wight, the English will slip over the border & take possession of all the property in the most picturesque locations.......

....Oh hang on a minute.....apparently we did that some years ago.:D

My inverter has JUST woken up, but it's not going to do much until the fog burns off again. Not expecting great results today and sadly, not a good outlook this week either :(

I'm lagging behind Costa del Driffield somewhat, but now up to 1.65kWh. No doubt you're over 3kWh by now?

Looks like being a good day in the East!:j

A couple of good days have put me on course to hit PVGIS for the month. (running at a rate of 101% PVGIS so far this month). But.... the next 4 days are all showing as black cloud so I will need some good daya after that to get back on track!

Sun took a while to get going today, but hopefully going to make around 1.5 Os. (3 Os yesterday).
