Hopefully this will be the case, as long as you do not have it working with a hot water diverter on the wiring.....
Spot on! Thanks
It's now at 0 and the inverter has gone to sleep for the day now, so what you say makes sense. I have a Geo Solo PV monitor too (which is pulse-based from the gen meter) and that reports 0.02kWh for a while after the inverter reports 0kWh. It, too, eventually show 0 generation.4kWp system (Feb 2014) : 1.5 SW, 2.5 NE (16x Bisol BMO/250, Aurora Power-One UNO PVI-3.6 Inverter : pvoutput.org/list.jsp?id=299350 -

Just had a look at your graph for today from 16:36 when you got it all set up. In fact yours does better than mine; it does reduce before total shut off before O generation; mine goes from 60W - 10W then 0W very quickly. At the point of impact, I look at it this way; for what they cost, they aren't a 'smart meter'. Over time they give a good indication and in real time, they give you an even better one. I'm sure you will enjoy the up to the minute info, even if it does not compete with a GM for accuracy, but for the price, it does....
Tell me, has Mrs T changed her hair colour ?..2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Yeah, absolutely, and can give me the peace of mind the system is actually working! This was kick-started by last week's failure of the inverter.4kWp system (Feb 2014) : 1.5 SW, 2.5 NE (16x Bisol BMO/250, Aurora Power-One UNO PVI-3.6 Inverter : pvoutput.org/list.jsp?id=299350
